Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Lone lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
