History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balam never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
