Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Hupe lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
