Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
