History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a white vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his white boots flare out at the collars. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and elven compassion

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. He has wavy black fur. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break
