History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sheggen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ulfgar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
