History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hobart isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Junk Dealer and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
