History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. He has styled his green crest well, parting it to the left. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
