When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Silent enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Silent alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many brigands want him driven away
