History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
