History: Oppleby was born with his father's beautiful face. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Oppleby began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Melech's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Melech was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He sports a flattop fur cut. He has gleaming, smiling yellow eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, River and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gûnd does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
