Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Ur-Lisak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ur-Lisak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Galinndan was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
