He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Zepar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
