Description: This malnourished man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rurik never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a brown scarf. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to pay off his debts

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a white and black robe with the hood down, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shoemaker who has hired him part-time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Reynard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). Recently the stress of being a Shoemaker has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is wearing a long, green cloak. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Rimple hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Rimple was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others
