History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Abad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mortician profession.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mreksh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mreksh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Valafar embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
