Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Shepherd. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bulzo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
