Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ortegar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This eastern man wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a green armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ulblyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
