History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Carrie was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Spice Merchant. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
