Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. A true patriot, Rael would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away.
