History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Herbalist does. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Herbalist soon after.

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a spear on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. His black crest, when down, is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Gargax reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gargax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ûshgol's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Ûshgol hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others
