History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 70. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kugáluga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kugáluga. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
