History: Born in the south to a Fortune-teller, Efferil learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Carpenter father left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
