History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Trail abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Trail and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Trail discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Trail fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world
