History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Two Llamas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Two Llamas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
