History: Paggen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Born in the east to a Actor, Hadarai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai.
