History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Silent alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
