History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Qualen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Shifting was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ploughman who has hired him part-time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
