History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Fulbar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Fulbar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
