History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Cimer learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer.
