His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
