Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears just a black suit. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to be a carpenter again

Description: He wears a grey Stetson hat and grey clothes, and carries axes. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in a small desert village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Rolen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Rolen and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rolen discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rolen fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This eastern man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His clothes are grease stained in places. He keeps his beige fur in a pixie cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.
History: Quick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has wavy red hair. He has white eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chem does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Apothecary.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
