History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Hadarai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now mingles about in high society.
