History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He got into the Farmer business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
