History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Bertram was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
