Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Rivaan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt, marred by teas. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Masseuse born in the past three hundred years. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Az-Rans liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality
