History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Roland was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Delebean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Spring was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the north. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
