Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his club with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to be a stableman again

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears professional attire. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Thradal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born into a rich family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
