History: Ugarth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ugarth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His purple hair is singed and shortened. His silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Nirgel was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Lance is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he seems to be bored by most things
