History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Rathkran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a red wide-brimmed hat and red clothes. He sports a flattop crest cut. His half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
