Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Gargax managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
