History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small island village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Qualen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
