Personality: Modean speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Modean was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hobart fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
