Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Hunter mother left him crippled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
