Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Barber, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
