History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Alvyn's homeland. Alvyn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
