Shane was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.
