Description: This man is very fat, and is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His white hair is cut short. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elaim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and tan tie, and he perpetually has his rapier ready. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.
