Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. His red fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady yellow eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in the south to a Barber, Ethereal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ethereal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Balam was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Diggory has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
