Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Unemployed. Fonkin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cressel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Map Maker like his mother before him.
