History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Watson and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
